Inspired by a recent suggestion from a partner of ours, we have started discussing with our customers how we can reduce unnecessary plastic waste on their products. One of the simplest steps to take is to go with fewer plastic straps. We were amazed at the reaction from our customers and at how supportive they are of the idea. One of those "less-plastic" shipments is departing this October to a loyal customer in the United Arab Emirates. Hopefully, this small act can be widely spread so many more small acts will lead to a substantial impact.
