At Silvera Food, our daily rhythm is often defined by the precision of exports and the fast-paced nature of international trade. However, as the year draws to a close, we chose to pause and celebrate the heart of our company: our people and the products we take pride in.
On December 24, our office was transformed into a vibrant kitchen for the Silvera Christmas Cook-off 2025. This wasn't just a competition; it was a celebration of teamwork, creativity, and the joy of sharing a meal.
Two teams, FUSION and FUN, brought their unique visions to the table, utilizing our premium seafood to create exceptional dishes:
Team FUSION presented a delicate Crab Stick Salad, followed by their signature Nobashi Shrimp with Salted Egg Yolk Sauce—a perfect harmony of crisp texture and rich, savory notes.
Team FUN countered with a bold and zesty Satay Octopus & Ambarella Salad, paired beautifully with their golden, crunchy Deep-fried Torpedo Shrimp.
