Although we have shipped a good many containers of Pangasius fillets, this is our first shipment of Pangasius slices (also known as Patin slices in the Malaysian market). This product is an ideal choice for home cooks as well as professional chefs as it is deboned and cut into elegant bite-sized shapes with skin on, which suits several Asian fish dishes.
