We were thrilled to finally have our first shipment of cuttlefish sushi slices (usually referred to as mongo ika) put on the water last week for Hong Kong. 

The shipment was originally scheduled for an early departure in the beginning of October 2023. However, it was delayed so to allow sufficient time for the collection of quality raw cuttlefish required for this product, which is used for direct consumption after removing the packaging. We were also glad that our customer approved of this postponement to prioritize the quality.
