This July, we are going to supply the ASC-certified vannamei raw shrimp meat (PD) to a reputable wholesaler in Hong Kong who serves mostly luxury hotels. In the past, they mostly worked with wild-caught shrimp species. However, they have recently decided to make a switch towards more sustainable products - a growing trend in the seafood industry. We are particularly pround to be involved in this new project of theirs.
